Founder of McKenzie River Fishing Guides & Rafting Tours, operating since 1985. Oregon-raised, fishing, rafting, surfing, and hunting from Cascade to coastal waters, Bob is 50% rascal and 100% competent. Think Ron Swanson with oars—fewer words, more rapids, zero nonsense.
Audrey, Director of Operations and Guides
Second-generation guide who has run the Nile and the Zambezi Rivers. Directed complex federal education programs abroad for 20 years. DOGE'd but undeterred. M.Ed. brings an inclusive educator's lens to operations and a community-based approach to programs.

Sean Allensworth, Hawaii Bound...
Guiding Oregon rivers since 1977—Sean literally bought a raft on graduation day. He finds peace on desert rivers with his rafting tribe. Sean works too much, rafts to escape, and spends a lot of time in Hawaii and Alaska. Sean shares his deep understanding of McKenzie waters and decades of whitewater wisdom.

Wayne Carroll, Master Waterman!
Master waterman running McKenzie River drift boats and rafts since 1991. Loves meeting people from everywhere, learning their customs, and sharing smiles outdoors. Finds joy in floating 5-7 day John Day trips through stunning canyons. Wayne is well known for his dedication to community service in the McKenzie Valley.
Xena, Chief Morale Officer
Expert in belly rubs, creek crawling, digging for critters, and treat negotiations. She is 50% warrior, 50% princess, and champion of workplace joy. Most likely to be the first one in the car when adventure is afoot.
Hannah, Assistant to the Chief Morale Officer
Championship-level fetch skills are emerging. Insane exercise drive matched only by her snuggle drive. Cannot be trusted alone with food. Future river legend in training.
